Bethany Manor Apartments is a HUD-subsidized affordable senior housing community in Keyport, New Jersey, serving residents age 62 and older. Through the HUD rental assistance program, qualified residents generally pay approximately 30% of their adjusted monthly income toward rent, subject to program requirements. For households with very limited income, rent may be as low as $25 per month. HUD assistance covers the remaining approved rent amount, helping make quality housing affordable and accessible. Located at 500 Broad Street, Bethany Manor Apartments offers convenient access to healthcare services, shopping, dining, pharmacies, public transportation, and local waterfront amenities, providing residents with comfortable apartment living in a well-connected senior community. Remodeled Apartments and Lots of Amenities

Bethany Manor has just completed a remodeling project of 331 apartments boasting modern, soft close cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite countertop, new paint, vinyl flooring, upgraded plumbing and vanity in the bathroom, as well as, upgraded light fixtures. Once the project is fully complete, we will have updated community rooms that include: a small gym, coffee bar, shuffleboard, new pool table and plenty of recreation space for residents to enjoy
